- Unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging, returned within the 30-day window
- Products that arrive damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect to your order, regardless of packaging status
- Opened products that cause an unexpected adverse reaction, such as skin or hair irritation, within 30 days of delivery
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened, used, or partially used products that do not fall under the defective or adverse reaction exceptions, for health and safety reasons
- Items purchased through clearance, final sale, or limited-time promotional bundles
- Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the order delivery date
- Products returned without their original packaging, or that have been tampered with or altered
How to Submit a Refund Request
To start your refund process, follow these simple steps:
- Send an email to press@avedausshop.com with your full order number, the products you are requesting a refund for, and a clear reason for your request. For damaged, defective, or adverse reaction claims, please include clear photos of the product and packaging to help us process your request quickly.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 business hours, with a return authorization and full return instructions if your request is approved.
- Package your return securely, following the instructions provided. For returns due to our error, including damaged, defective or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs. For returns of unopened products due to personal preference, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will finalize your refund request.
Refund Processing Details
- Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds for the product purchase price will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the refund is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
Immediate Resolution for Faulty Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, you do not need to wait for a return to start your resolution. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at press@avedausshop.com with photos of the product and shipping packaging, and we will immediately offer you a choice of a free replacement shipped to you at no extra cost, or a full refund including all associated shipping fees.
